Pfingsten-backed Ascend completed the acquisition of WebSan Solutions.

Pfingster-backed Ascend, a multi-platform provider of AI-enabled cloud services for enterprise resource planning, completed the acquisition of WebSan Solutions, a Microsoft Dynamics consultancy and software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The WebSan acquisition enhances Ascend’s service offering, diversifies its geographic footprint and adds significant expertise to the combined organization," Pat Sturm, Pfingsten Principal.
