Swiss Life, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a 25.07% stake in Itinere Infraestructuras, an infrastructure company, from APG Group, a pension fund management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment not only marks a significant mile-stone for the GIO IV fund, it also confirms our commit-ment to high-quality infrastructure assets that provide stable, long-term returns for investors.
