UI Investissement, a private equity firm, and IRD Invest, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of minority stake in Monspecialisteauto.com, a French company of car enthusiasts. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud to support MSA, a pioneering and agile player, whose solution meets a structural need in the market. We firmly believe in its growth potential and in the vision of its managers.
