Hivest Capital Partners to acquire a stake in Novasol Chemicals.

Hivest Capital Partners, an independent European private equity firm, agreed to acquire a stake in Novasol Chemicals, a global specialty chemical distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership with Hivest Capital marks a new chapter in Novasol’s growth story. With their support, we will accelerate our international expansion, pursue targeted acquisitions, and continue to strengthen our position in high-value markets,” François-Xavier Coiffard, Novasol CEO.
