Omnia Technologies to acquire Pharmagel Technology.

Omnia Technologies, an industrial automation and integrated systems platform for beverages and pharma manufacturing, agreed to acquire Pharmagel Technology, an Italian manufacturer of softgel encapsulation equipment and full softgel plant solutions for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production, supplying machinery and custom systems for capsule manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With these acquisitions, we are strengthening our one-stop shop model, further enhancing the value we deliver to our customers,” Andrea Stolfa, Omnia Technologies CEO.
