BKW completed the acquisition of Südvolt.

BKW, a Swiss energy and infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of Südvolt, a Munich-based flexibility and balancing energy service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to the acquisition of Südvolt GmbH, we are securing strategic access to one of Europe’s most important energy and flexibility markets. We are strengthening our position in the marketing of flexibility and expanding our international portfolio.
