Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. completed the acquisition of Bremer Insurance Agencies from Old National Bancorp.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a US-based global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, completed the acquisition of Bremer Insurance Agencies, a property/casualty insurance broker serving commercial, agricultural and personal lines clients in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin, from Old National Bancorp, a financial holding company.
