TMA Systems completed the acquisition of Facil-IT.

TMA Systems, a provider of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions, completed the acquisition of Facil-IT, a New York–based CMMS platform purpose-built for maintenance service organizations managing contractors and multi-site operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
