SoundHound AI, a company specializing in voice and conversational AI, completed the acquisition of Interactions, a Franklin, Massachusetts-based provider of AI-powered virtual assistants for customer service and workflow orchestration. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re moving towards a future of AI agents, where voice and conversational AI are integral to customer service.
