KLAR Partners to acquire KONZMANN Group

KLAR Partners, an independent, mid-market private equity firm focused on field services, professional services, and industrial technology, agreed to acquire KONZMANN Group, a strong real estate service provider with expertise in the planning, construction, and operation of building technology across all disciplines. Financial terms are not disclosed.
