Cohere Health completed the acquisition of ZignaAI.

Cohere Health, a company whose clinical intelligence platform provides AI-powered solutions to support payer-provider collaboration, cost management, and healthcare operations, completed the acquisition of ZignaAI, a company that develops AI-based solutions for payment integrity and revenue optimization.
