Infranity and Omnes Capital to invest in Power Capital Renewable Energy.

Infranity, an asset management company specializing in sustainable infrastructure investments, and Omnes Capital, a private equity firm dedicated to the energy transition, agreed to invest in Power Capital Renewable Energy, an independent power producer in Ireland. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This landmark capital raise marks a pivotal moment for Power Capital as we accelerate the delivery of over 5GW of solar PV and BESS projects across Ireland.
