Entrepreneurial Equity Partners-backed MBC Companies, a diversified frozen foods platform, completed the acquisition of Alpha Foods, a family-owned frozen pizza manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The due diligence process was almost like looking in a mirror.
