Leafgreen Capital and Gateway Partners completed the acquisition of Demeter Indo Investment from KKR.

Leafgreen Capital and Gateway Partners, two private equity firms, completed the acquisition of Demeter Indo Investment, an investment company, from KKR, a global investment firm.
