Axiom Equity, a B2B SaaS growth equity fund, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Joblogic, a provider of cloud-based field service management software, offering comprehensive solutions for service and maintenance contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. This investment will provide Joblogic with additional resources to further develop its software and provide even more value to its diverse customer base, which includes facilities management, HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and fire and safety industries.
