Leafgreen Capital and Gateway Partners, a private equity firms, completed the acquisition of 22.2% stake in Sari Roti, a manufacturer, seller, and distributor of bread, from KKR, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sari Roti is a renowned household brand with a solid foundation and an exceptional management team. Having witnessed its growth potential first-hand over the past decade, I am convinced of its upward trajectory.
