A consortium of investors completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Umbraco from Monterro.

A consortium of investors, including Bonnier Capital, Alcur Fonder, and Grenspecialisten, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Umbraco, a provider of an open-source content management system, from Monterro, a B2B software investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our mission is to make Umbraco the most user-friendly and flexible CMS on the market, and with our continued support alongside new respected investors, Umbraco is better equipped than ever to scale further and deliver even more value to its customers, partners, and community worldwide,” Martin Henricson, Umbraco Chairman of the Board.
