Venator, a manufacturer and marketer of chemical products, completed the acquisition of materials' driers product portfolio of Ege Kimya, a producer of specialty chemicals with a strong presence in metal-based chemicals, silicates, and other industrial chemicals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction ensures that our valued driers customers will continue to be served by a specialist business with deep expertise in this space.
