Oudewald KMU, a company specializing in high-growth medium-sized enterprises from the DACH region, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in High Office, a digital recruiting agency providing social media–driven recruitment, employer branding, and performance-based talent acquisition services. Financial terms were not disclosed. By acquiring High Office, Odewald KMU's funds are accessing a dynamically growing market that is characterised by a shortage of skilled workers, digital transformation and the usage behaviour of younger employees in particular. The aim is to establish High Office as the leading platform in the field of social recruiting in the DACH region and to consistently develop the company further by expanding its product, software and service portfolio, targeted internationalisation and strategic acquisitions.
