Cornerstone Building Brands completed the acquisition of Metal Sales Manufacturing from Interlock Industries.

Cornerstone Building Brands, a manufacturer of exterior building products, completed the acquisition of Metal Sales Manufacturing, a manufacturer of metal roofing, wall, and building systems, from Interlock Industries, a company that operates in metal building component manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Metal Sales acquisition increases Cornerstone Buildings Brands’ participation in the high-growth residential building systems market. With a combined post-transaction footprint of more than 100 plants and distribution locations for our Shelter Solutions business, we’ll be better positioned to serve North American customers in the $30bn metal building and components market.
