Groupe FIF completed the acquisition of SDS Industrie.

Groupe FIF, a manufacturer of roller shutters, completed the acquisition of SDS Industrie, an industrial company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through the combination of the FIF Group and SDS INDUSTRIE, we are witnessing the emergence of a new significant player in a highly consolidating European market.
