Synopsis
Olvi Group subsidiary A. Le Coq, a producer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, agreed to acquire Varska Originaal, a natural mineral water producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about this new stage in the company’s development. The cooperation will allow us to accelerate product development and bring Varska to even more consumers both in Estonia and abroad. At the same time, production will remain in Varska, as natural mineral water can only be produced at the source. Our people will continue their work, and our brand values will remain unchanged,” Rauno Jõgeva, Varska Originaal Management Board Member.
