The Riverside Company completed an investment in Accurate Fire Equipment.

The Riverside Company, a private equity firm specializing in the Middle East middle market, completed an investment in Accurate Fire Equipment, a company specializing in fire protection services, including sprinkler systems, dry chemical extinguishers, and emergency fire services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Accurate strengthens Relay’s presence in the New York City metro area, Relay’s largest target market, and builds on our previous acquisition in the region. The combination of Accurate and Relay will open up multiple new growth opportunities for the Relay platform," Loren Schlachet, Riverside Managing Partner.
