Beyond Capital Partners-backed Ank-kaiser Sanitätshaus, a supplier of medical products, completed the acquisition of Sanitätshaus Blu, an operator of orthopedic care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to join the Ank-Kaiser Group and are looking forward to continuing our roles as Managing Directors of blu.
