Proalpha to acquire Insiders Technologies.

Proalpha, a provider of business applications for SMEs, agreed to acquire Insiders Technologies, a German technology company that provides AI-driven software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Insiders, we are now expanding this AI platform for our customers to include cognitive process automation in document-based workflows, which will fundamentally change decision-making processes and operational efficiency. With Agentic AI, further development towards a new generation of artificial intelligence will also play a central role," Eric Verniaut, Proalpha Group CEO.
