Teset Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sologas, an environmental services firm, for €20m. “Sologas perfectly represents the type of asset we seek at Teset Capital: a niche, solid platform, already in operation, with clear potential for improvement and growth.
