Neo Portfoy, an independent Turkish portfolio management company, completed the acquisition of 90% stake in Tamsan, a manufacturer that produces a wide range of industrial air compressors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We aim to work harder and take Tamsan, founded by my late father 45 years ago, to even greater heights. Ensuring the sustainability of family businesses is equivalent to ensuring the sustainability of the Turkish economy. The funds obtained from the investment will help us quadruple our current capacity, implement innovative production processes, and launch new innovative products,” Emren Bekeç, Tamsan partner and senior manager.
