Celltrion USA to acquire Imclone Systems from Eli Lilly and Company for $330m.

Celltrion USA, a subsidiary of the global biopharmaceutical company Celltrion Korea, agreed to acquire Imclone Systems, a biopharmaceutical company, from Eli Lilly and Company, a company that discovers, develops, manufactures, and sells pharmaceutical products for humans and animals, for $330m.
