Alpac completed the acquisition of Incovar.

Alpac, a company specialising in building-envelope and ventilation systems, completed the acquisition of Incovar, a firm focused on the manufacture of insulated cassette boxes and monoblocks for window opening. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Incovar, goes beyond commercial logic: it is a process of structured sharing of know-how, management models, and best practices. We aim to generate value by enhancing technological innovation, streamlining production processes, and offering increasingly high-quality products and services to designers, window and door manufacturers, and businesses," Massimo Dalla Via, Alpac CEO.
