Agellus Capital Capital-backed CompassMSP, a managed IT services provider delivering IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, completed the acquisition of Simplegrid Technology, a managed services provider specializing in financial services, legal, and healthcare verticals.
