Actis to acquire a 90% stake in 800 Super from Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund and Keppel.

Actis, a growth market investor in sustainable infrastructure, agreed to acquire a 90% stake in 800 Super, an integrated environmental management company, from Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund and Keppel, a global asset manager and operator.
