Lotus Pharmaceutical to acquire Alvogen.

Lotus Pharmaceutical, an international pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire Alvogen, a privately owned US-based pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Joining Lotus positions Alvogen for its next stage of expansion into multiple segments.
