Sonnedix to acquire the solar photovoltaic portfolio from Capital Dynamics for €300m.

Sonnedix, a solar independent power producer, agreed to acquire a solar photovoltaic portfolio from Capital Dynamics, an asset management firm, for €300m. “We’re delighted to announce the sale of this portfolio in Italy.
