Mill Point Capital-backed Vehicle Management Solutions, a Tinley Park, Illinois–based vehicle management services provider, completed the acquisition of Dynamic Towing Holdings, a Dallas, Texas-based private-property impound towing operator. “Dynamic is a well-established operator with a long-standing reputation for professionalism and reliability.
