TPA Capital completed an investment in E. J. Ward.

TPA Capital, a private equity firm, completed an investment in E.J. Ward, a developer of automated fleet management and monitoring software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased to find a partner like TPA who understands the nuances of a family-owned company and the markets we operate in.
