Ethniki Asfalistiki, a full-line insurance provider, completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Elysee Insurance Agent & Coordinator and Elysee Insurance Brokers, insurance intermediaries active across all insurance sectors in Greece, from Syngelidis Automotive Companies, an automotive distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction represents a strategic investment that complements Ethniki Asfalistiki’s existing partner networks and strengthens its overall distribution model, leveraging synergies with the Syngelidis Family group of companies' strong presence in the automotive market and the expertise of the Elysee companies.
