Fifth Generation to acquire LALO Tequila.

Fifth Generation, the distillery company behind Tito's Handmade Vodka, agreed to acquire LALO Tequila, a producer of pure agave tequila blanco. Financial terms were not disclosed. "My late father is the namesake of this brand, and I know he would be proud to see how far we've come.
