Advanced Drainage Systems completed the acquisition of NDS from NORMA Group for $1bn.

Advanced Drainage Systems, a manufacturer of innovative stormwater and onsite wastewater solutions, completed the acquisition of NDS, manufacturer of plastic catch basin for landscape drainage, from NORMA Group for $1bn. “We are excited to officially close this transaction and welcome NDS to the ADS family.
