Hg Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Parte from Around Partners.

Hg Capital, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Parte, a property management software and services provider, from Around Partners, a partnership that unites several fast-growing companies active in service-oriented sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for Parte. We want to be the number one employer for property managers and provide superior customer service by leveraging technology. To achieve this, we continue to invest in people, training and technology.
