AMP AMP completed the acquisition of Portsmouth operations of RDS of Virginia.

AMP, a comapny specializing in facility-scale Smart Sortation solutions for waste companies and municipalities, completed the acquisition of of Portsmouth operations of RDS of Virginia, a Virginia-based recycling and disposal company providing tailored municipal, commercial, and industrial waste management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re focused on enabling a new model for the processing of municipal solid waste, and we see the success of our operations in Portsmouth as a blueprint for municipalities across the country looking to extend the life of their landfills and reach ambitious diversion targets,” Tim Stuart, AMP CEO.
