Baird Capital-backed Cleanwater1 completed the acquisition of PureAir Filtration.

Baird Capital-backed Cleanwater1, a provider of end-to-end water quality and wastewater treatment products and solutions, completed the acquisition of PureAir Filtration, a gas-phase filtration solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to continue our expansion under Cleanwater1. PureAir solutions are well specified by leading engineers and provide a strong opportunity for aftermarket services with our end users, fitting nicely into the Cleanwater1 growth strategy.
