Manulife to acquire Indonesia business from Schroders.

Manulife, a global wealth and asset management, agreed to acquire Indonesia business from Schroders, an international asset management group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to enter into this agreement with Schroders Indonesia, which reflects our long-term commitment to the Indonesian market.
