Roesgaard, inforevision and Adelis to form Cedra Denmark.

Roesgaard, a provider of revision and consulting services, inforevision, an audit and consultancy firm, and Adelis, a private equity investment firm, agreed to form Cedra Denmark, an independent company that provides audit and advisory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly changing industry. With the establishment of Cedra Denmark, we now have three strong independent groups in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
