Knorr-Bremse completed the acquisition of duagon from DBAG.

Knorr-Bremse, a global provider of braking systems and other rail and commercial vehicle systems, completed the acquisition of duagon, a hardware and software solutions provider, from DBAG, a publicly-traded holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “DBAG has been a real partner to us over the past eight years. Together, we succeeded in positioning duagon as a technology leader.
