NEP Group to acquire Seven Production.

NEP Group, a media technology company, agreed to acquire Seven Production, a film production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For NEP, this is an exciting expansion in a high-growth market that taps into Seven Production’s deep experience and knowledge.
