Uniwater to acquire Wasys and Acowa.

Uniwater, a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions, agreed to acquire Wasys. an engineering company engaged in providing automation and control solutions for the water and wastewater industry, and Acowa, a company specializing in durable equipment to manage, monitor, and move water. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We look forward to becoming part of Uniwater and together further developing solutions for the water infrastructure of the future.
