Praxis Solutions, an AI-driven services firm for the wealth and asset management industry, completed the acquisition of Wealthawk, an AI platform that identifies money-in-motion events to help advisors connect with clients during critical financial transitions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Software alone cannot solve the advisor growth challenge.
