Qvantel to acquire Optiva for $108.6m.

Synopsis

Qvantel, a telecom software company specializing in digital business support systems solutions, agreed to acquire Optiva, a provider of business support systems and telecom monetization software for $108.6m. “For customers, partners and employees, this marks the opening of the exciting journey to drive innovation, business success and inspiration.
