Synopsis

Qvantel, a telecom software company specializing in digital business support systems solutions, agreed to acquire Optiva, a provider of business support systems and telecom monetization software for $108.6m. "This combination will drive innovation, business success, and inspiration for customers, partners, and employees," Matti Roto, Qvantel CEO and Chairman.
