Onesource Specialty Pharma, a pharmaceutical CDMO with expertise in biologics, agreed to merge with Steriscience Specialties, a pharmaceutical company, Brooks Steriscience, a manufacturer and distributor of a drug intended to treat bacterial infections; Steriscience, a Singapore-based pharmaceutical holding and distribution company, and Strides Pharma Services, a strategic support entity within the Strides Group, in a $660m deal.
